Academics : Grading Policy

Each student is graded by an instructor concerning their performance in each of the subject areas listed. The grade each student will receive will be based on the completion of the course. At the end of each trimester, progress will be outlined and evaluated by the Dean of Students.

The Basis for Grades and Evaluation  

The basis of your Grades in most of your Courses will be: Attendance, Assignments, Class Participation and a Final Exam. The basis of your Grades in your Ministry Assignment will be the Evaluation of your immediate Supervisor in that Department. The basis of your Grades in the Outreaches will be your attitude and willingness to serve, your spiritual passion for the ministry you are asked to participate in.

Full Program: Graduation will be honored to students who have completed all classes  and assignments with a minimum pass of 60%; who have participated on all outreaches and whose  character has been proven faithful and above reproach.
